There are phases to sessions, which each phase needing different lengths, such as The Preliminary, Program Consultation, Program Action and Goals, and Completion are the stages clients progress through their sessions with their coach and mentor. Clients schedule their sessions through the coach's calendar link for each session, which the preliminary is a consultation to ensure the right program is matched and that is a 30-minute session.

Each session after the discovery call or preliminary consultation are paid sessions. There are different needs with each client; therefore, the client chooses their session package length and modality, which has a set number of sessions per package.

There is no cost to potential clients for a Discovery Call /Preliminary Consultation, which is designed to discover the core needs of the client, and they assess their commitment before joining a program. The Intake or Program Consultation starts at $175. The program consultation serves as a deeper discussion to align the client with an appropriate program, financial responsibility, contract agreement, and scheduled meetings.
